Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

b-tracker is a personal budget and spending tracker. This policy explains what personal data the service processes and why. English governs if this policy and its Serbian translation differ. This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

What we collect

The public pages at b-tracker.com are static, require no sign-in, and run no client-side JavaScript. The b-tracker apps use the local storage or secure credential storage provided by your browser or device to keep session and preference information.

How we use your data

We process this data to provide the features you request, calculate balances and reports, synchronise your data across signed-in devices, deliver reminders, secure and troubleshoot the service, respond to support and privacy requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers only where they help operate b-tracker:

Providers process data under their own service terms and only for the functions described above. A provider may use infrastructure in more than one country, subject to its safeguards and applicable law.

Retention and deletion

We keep active account data while you use b-tracker. When you complete User Deletion, removal of your b-tracker data and sign-in identity is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period and signing up again creates a new, empty user.

Deleted data may remain in disaster-recovery backups for up to 7 days. Backups are not used to restore an individual account. Operational logs are retained for up to 30 days. If a disaster requires restoring an older backup, data deleted after that backup was created could temporarily reappear and would need to be deleted again.

Your choices and rights

You can view and correct much of your information in the apps and can delete your b-tracker account from the Profile area. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of your personal data.

There is no self-service export. Ask support@b-tracker.com for a copy of your data or to exercise another privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints about this policy can be sent to support@b-tracker.com. You may also contact the data-protection authority that applies where you live.
